DFW's Housing Prices Continue Rise Despite Some Softening
Case-Shiller posted their Home Price Indices today. Overall, the 20-city composite reflected a .09% gain in May & a 5.2% gain for the last 12 months. According to Case-Shiller, home prices when seasonally adjusted fell by .1% in May.
DFW had a 9% increase in the last year & a 1.3% increase for both May/April & April/March. Seasonally adjusted, these numbers fall to May/April at .5% and April/March at .1%.
